Branch Level
Branch Level is used to build and maintain the hierarchy of the branches in the organization structure. Please note that this is purely for information purpose and Aura does not use this hierarchy for any processing.
Adding Branch level
To add a new Branch level
- From Admin menu, click System Codes, Generic Definitions, and then Branch Levels. Branch Level Search page appears. All Branch Levels available in Aura appear on the page, sorted alphabetically based on description.

- Click Add. New Branch Level -- General (1/2) page appears.

Enter Description for Branch Level. For example: Level 3.
Click Next. Branch Level -- Confirmation (2/2) page appears.

- Click Finish. Branch Level page appears displaying the details of the Branch Level you added.

Functions: Add, Search, Edit, Delete
Delete: You can delete a Branch Level saved in Aura by clicking Delete button. Aura will ask for confirmation, on approving which the selected record will be deleted. If the record is already in use, then you cannot delete the same.
To Edit Branch level
Access Branch level page.
Click Edit. Edit Branch level page appears.

- Click Save. Branch level page appears with the edited details.
