Change Password Help

The Change Password option allows you to alter the password for your Aura login.

Changing a Password

1. From the Main menu, click My account, and then Change password. The Change Password page appears showing your User name followed by three Password fields.
2. In the Old password field, enter the password that was used for your most recent login to Aura.
3. In the next field, enter the New password to be used for the next login to Aura. The new password created should follow rules that have been set up by your System Administrator for password security.
4. In the Confirm password field, re-enter the New password that you input in the previous step.
5. Click Confirm. The new password created will be saved and you will be redirected to the Login screen. You need to login to Aura afresh.
