Average Account Balance
Average Account Balance tab allows you to generate account balance report for a specific period of the selected client.
To generate Average Account Balance Report.
Access CRM menu, click Reports and then Average Account Balance. Average Account Balance Report page appears.


Function: Generate
By default, present date will be displayed for both Date from and Date to fields. You can modify or change the dates as per your requirement.
Select Client by clicking client hyperlink. Client search page appears where you can search for a client with relevant criteria and select the required client. You can also input the client name and select the required client from the list displayed by Aura. Based on criteria, Aura will display the list of all the clients maintained under CRM > Client > Maintain.

Click Generate. Aura generates the report of all the transactions based on the options chosen above. Note: Aura does not store the report in any location by default. You need to save the report to be able to view the same report later.
You have the option to either open the file to see the report or save it with the name as required.
