Person Role
Person role allows you to describe the responsibility of individuals.
To add Person role
- From Admin menu, click System Codes, Generic Definitions, and then Person role The Person role Search page appears. All Person roles available in Aura appear on the page, sorted alphabetically based on Description.

- Click Add. New Person role -- General (1/2) page appears.

Enter Description for the person role. For example, Teller.
Check the check box for which the Person Role is Applicable for. The available options are CRM and Accounts. You can check one or both of the checkboxes.
Note: If you check the CRM checkbox, the dropdown in Person role under CRM > Person > Maintain > Organization tab will show the list of person roles that are applicable for CRM.
If you check the Accounts checkbox, the dropdown in Person role under the Linked People Tab for Accounts under Retail > Client Account, Nostro account, Term deposit, Loan Account will show the list of person roles that are applicable for Accounts.
- Click Next. New Person Role -- Confirmation (2/2) page appears.

- Click Finish. Person Role page appears displaying the details of the Person role you added.

Functions: Add, Edit, Delete, Search
Delete: You can delete a Person Role by clicking on Delete button. When you click on Delete button, Aura displays an alert message. On confirmation, Aura will delete the Person Role. A Person Role can be deleted until it is used in CRM or in Accounts.
To Edit Person Role
- Click Edit. Edit Person Role page appears.

Description is always editable. You cannot un-check the checkbox that was already selected in Applicable For, but you can check an unchecked box
- Make required changes and click Save.
