Statement Format
Statement Format is used to maintain the name of any statement that is to be generated by Aura. This name will be used as a link for statement generation in any module of Aura / in an external system that may be used for statement generation.
Adding a Statement Format
To add a new Statement Format
From the Admin menu, click System Codes, Generic Definitions, and then Statement Format. The Statement Format Search page appears. All Statement Formats available in Aura appear on the page.
Click Add. The New Statement Format -- General (1/2) page appears

Enter the Format name for the Statement Format. For example, PDF.
Click Next. The New Statement Format -- Confirmation (2/2) page appears.

- Click Finish. The Statement Format page appears displaying the details of the Statement Format you added.
Functions: Add, Edit, Delete, Search
To Edit the Statement Format
Access the Statement Format page.
Click Edit. The Edit Statement Format page appears.

- Make the required changes and click Save.

Delete: You can delete a Statement Format by clicking on Delete button. When you click on Delete button, Aura displays an alert message. On confirmation, Aura will delete the Statement Format. A Statement Format can be deleted until it is mapped to a Product, Account or Contract.
