Reminder Formats

­­­­­­­­

Reminder Format is used to maintain the name of any reminders that is to be generated by Aura. This name will be used as a link for reminder generation in any module of Aura / in an external system.

Adding a Reminder Format

To add a new Reminder Format

  1. From the Admin menu, click System Codes, Generic Definitions, and then Reminder Format. The Reminder Format Search page appears. All Reminder Formats available in Aura appear on the page.

  2. Click Add. The New Reminder Format -- General (1/2) page appears

  1. Enter the Format name for the Reminder Format. For example, Reminder 1.

  2. Click Next. The New Reminder Format -- Confirmation (2/2) appears.

  1. Click Finish. The Reminder Format page appears displaying the details of the Reminder Format you added.

Functions: Add, Edit, Delete, Search

To Edit the Reminder Format

  1. Access the Reminder Format page.

  2. Click Edit. The Edit Reminder Format page appears.

  1. Make the required changes and click Save.

Delete: You can delete a Reminder Format by clicking on Delete button. When you click on Delete button, Aura displays an alert message. On confirmation, Aura will delete the Reminder Format. A Reminder Format can be deleted until it is mapped to a Product, Account or Contract.
